Eligibility

• You must fill out the form below to register your referral before they contact Blasius Federal Road and they must be a new customer to the dealership.
• Only one $100 referral check is valid per vehicle purchased.
• Referral check will be mailed to address on file within 30 days of your referral’s purchase.
